How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually 2–6 hours. Our truckmount has strong suction that pulls out most of the water, so carpets dry much faster than with a hire machine. Opening windows or running the air-con or fans speeds it up.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No need to move large furniture. Please pick up small items, toys and anything fragile from the floor before we arrive. We can clean around beds, couches and cabinets.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Yes. We treat pet urine at the source, not just on the surface, using a dedicated pet treatment. Most stains and odours come out completely, though very old or set-in stains can't always be fully removed. We'll tell you honestly before we start.
Do you need power or water from me?
The truckmount runs off its own engine, so no power is needed from your home. We just need access to an outside tap and room to park the van close by.
Is your carpet cleaning suitable for end-of-lease?
Yes. Our hot water extraction is the method most leases and real estate agents ask for. We can provide a receipt for your agent.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use cleaning solutions that are safe for families and pets once the carpet is dry.
